My philosophy

I aim to create a space of warmth, respect and curiosity where, together, we can explore the nuance and depth of your story. While everyone's individual challenges differ, I believe that, fundamentally, the process of feeling, experiencing and examining our struggles promotes growth—increased awareness, new ways of being, more empathy, different ways of relating to ourselves and others, and more meaning and connection.

My patients

I work with adults who want to deeply understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and find new ways of coping with pain and life’s challenges. My expertise lies more in how I work, rather than who I work with. I welcome clients of diverse identities and experiences, and I believe that no topic is off-limits in the therapy room.

My background

I became a therapist after spending the first part of my career in the business world. As a psychodynamic therapist, I focus on how early relationships and emotional experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others. I am committed to ongoing learning in the field—participating in post-master’s courses, ongoing trainings, and regular consultation with peers and more experienced colleagues—so I can bring the most thoughtful and informed care to my work.
