Do you accept insurance?
I am in network with BCBS PPO plans.
For other insurance carriers, you may still be able to use out of network benefits. Please ask me for more details if you would like to use out of network insurance.

How much will therapy cost?
My full fee is $175.
If you have insurance, the amount you pay depends on your specific plan. You can call your insurance carrier and ask how much you will pay for CPT Code 90837, 60-Minute Psychotherapy.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots.

Why do you focus on in-person therapy?
Therapy is rooted in relationship. While the virtual world can connect us in some ways, it can’t replace the human presence we experience when we’re together in a room.
As a therapist, being physically present with you provides richer and more nuanced information that can enhance the work we do together.

Do you offer virtual therapy?
I am not taking new patients for virtual therapy.
For patients who are meeting in person, I offer virtual therapy from time to time, when needed.

What will working together look like?
Sessions are about 55 minutes. I meet with patients at least once a week, at the same time every week.

Do you offer a consultation?
I hold a free 15-minute phone call before beginning work with new patients.
